Cambridge – Serviteur Vincent, 68, of Cambridge, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Plurimed Hospital in Port-Au- Prince, Haiti., after a lengthy illness. Born and raised in Desdunes, he was the son of the late Julce Jules Vincent and Glaudine Dalcius.  Serviteur was a humble, kind, and generous man. He had many friends and was well respected in Boston and Desdunes. He loved music and traveling to his homeland Haiti.

He is survived by his wife, Anne Rose Vincent; his children, Wilkenson Vincent, Iliona Vincent, Selorde John Vincent, Illionise Vincent, Alterne Vincent, Andre Vincent, Jean Serviteur Vincent, and Bensley Julce Vincent; his siblings, Dhaiti, Chimene, and Fintise. He was predeceased by his siblings, Celandieu Dalcius, Molerge Vincent, Jules Vincent, Pierre Vincent, Aura Vincent, Antoine Vincent, Altermise Dalcius, Selorde Vincent, Viergela Vincent, Saint-Jack Vincent, Marguerite Vincent, and Leonne Vincent.  

His grandchildren, Wandeline Vincent, Wandeler Vincent, Marie Andre Vincent, Anderson Racine, Altania Vincent, Naysa Thomas, Josiah Vincent, Abdeel Vincent, Nodensky Vincent, Kervenson Vincent, Kenjina Vincent, Elijah Vincent, Netzarah Vincent.  his nieces and nephews Weston Alcin, Mimerose Phanord, Nadine Alcin, Nadeige Phanord, Frantz Phanord, Ronald Phanord, Wandy Vincent, Patricia Vincent, Nabon Julce, Miker Julce Jules Vincent, Chavanne Jules Vincent, Noel Jules Vincent, Leonce Jules Vincent, Julce Jules Vincent, and Vilter Vincent. Uncle Serviteur" was a second father to his beloved nieces and nephews; he was loving and kind and will be greatly missed by all. His final days above ground were not meant to be a reason to lament but rather a cause to celebrate the life of a wonderful man who overcame much adversity and left behind a legacy for his loved ones.  In addition to his family, he had many close friends and colleagues who loved him dearly.

His Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 1st, 2023, from 8 AM. to 9 AM. at the Missionary Church of the Haitian Community, 100 Temple Street, Somerville 02145, followed by the funeral service beginning at 9 AM.
