Melvin G Jemmison

Melvin George Jemmison (affectionately called Uncle Mel) age 88, formally of Strathbogie Jamaica, The Untied Kingdom and Cambridge MA, passed away peacefully at home on Friday October 1, 2021. Leaving behind his loving wife Elizabeth, children Jean, Nardia, Jessica, Veniesa and Damion. His brother Bernett, sister Irene, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and a host of friends and other relatives. Uncle Mel was a devoted family man and never hesitated to help those in need. He will always be in our hearts and thoughts as he  rest in the arms of our Lord. Thanksgiving service will be held on Thursday October 14, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Boston 110 Commonwealth Avenue Boston, Massachusetts 02116. Viewing starts at 9:30am to 10:00am and funeral service begins at 10:00am. Interment follows at Mount Auburn Cemetery Cambridge MA 02138.
