Gracieuse Limose St. Jean’s Obituary
On August 28, 2023, Gracieuse Limose St. Jean peacefully passed away in her sleep. Gracieuse was born on September 15, 1946, in Gonaives, Haiti.
Gracieuse and former husband (predeceased) Pierre St. Jean migrated from Haiti to Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1973. She is survived by daughters Judith, Lody, Mimose, sons Winshel, Wislaire and Pierre Garcia, granddaughter Avery Parfait, Narika Grace St. Jean, and grandsons Rafael Salas, Sergio Salas, Dante St. Jean, Jamal St. Jean, Dinari St. Jean.
All whom encountered Gracieuse loved her caring and giving personality and compassionate, vibrant soul. She loved her family and close friends. If she was not cooking food that everyone in the community sought to devour, she was telling stories of her past. Gracieuse was a great storyteller and she made it her mission to make you smile and feel welcomed at all times.
Gracieuse was a woman who lived a quiet and private life. She loved her family dearly. Gracieuse was a daughter, sister, wife, aunt, cousin, friend and most importantly a MOM. In every title, Gracieuse played her role with her heart.
There are no words to describe how her presence will be missed but not forgotten. LOVE YOU MOM!
