Alma Robinson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Alma M. Robinson who left this world on August 22,2024. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, caring grandmother, and cherished friend to many. 

Alma M. Robinson was born on September 17, 1930 in Limon, Costa Rica to the late Aubrey Washington Weir and Etheline Rosita Powell. She grew up with a strong sense of family values and a deep love for those around her. She dedicated her life to caring for her loved ones and always put the needs of others before her own. 

Throughout her life, Alma M. Robinson, was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith. She had a passion for cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family. Her warm smile and comforting presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

Alma M. Robinson is survived by her loving sons, Humberto McLaren, Roberto Robinson, Clifford Robinson, Carlos Robinson and Valentino Robinson. Her caring grandchildren, Mallory E. Irizarry, Shantell V. Cox, Ricardo G. Cox, Gerald Davis, Fawn N Mitchell, Denille Huntley Gray, Sanaa Beaute, as well 6 Great Grandchildren and > many other relatives and friends. 

She will be forever remembered for her love and devotion to her family, her selfless nature, and her endless compassion. 

Alma M. Robinson was the beloved mother of the late Monica C. Cox. She was also the sister of the late Ricardo Powell, Norma Powell Griffin.

Alma M. Robinson, will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in peace, reunited with her loved ones who have gone before her. 

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Alma M. Robinson will be held on August 30, 2024 at Saint Mary’s Church Location of Funeral Cambridge. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Charity of Choice in her memory.
