Timothy Atwater Sr.

Timothy W. Atwater, Sr of Lowell, formally of Somerville and Cambridge MA.  Timothy passed away on Sunday July 16, 2017 after a short illness. He was 62 years of age.  Tim is survived by his loving wife Virginia M. (Lang) Atwater of 18 years. He was the devoted father (Pops) to Timothy W. Atwater, Jr. of Houston, TX and Harvey (his fur buddy) of Lowell.  Son of the late Elizabeth Simms and William Atwater. Son-in-law of the late Alfred N. and the late Janet S. Lang. Brother of the late Geald Simms and his wife Audra of Holbrook, MA. Brother-in-law of the late Alfred R. "Rick" Lang, Donna J Lang-Matos and her husband Elliott of Methuen, MA and Charles W Lang and his wife Maria of Lakewood CO. He leaves behind 2 Granddaughters, Nati and Lilly and 1 Great granddaughter Tiana. He also leaves behind a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Tim was looking forward to his retirement. He loved fishing and went every chance he got. He enjoyed talking with people and was always making friend whether it be in the neighborhood or via social media

Interment at Puritan Lawn Peabody Friday July 28 11 AM we will be leaving AJ Spears at 10:15 AM
